Keihin Float Valve Clip

Keihin 0405-019-1000 is the float valve retaining clip used in standard PWK33, PWK35, PWK38 and PWK39 carburetors. It also fits PWK35 and PWK38 Quad Vent / Air Striker configurations and the PWK36 Quad Vent.

The same exact clip is documented for PWK41, CR Special 26–39 mm, FCR and FCR-MX, PWK39 snowmobile, and PWM38 carburetors. PWK28 is deliberately excluded because it uses the different 0405-013-1000 float valve clip.

This small fastener secures the float valve within the carburetor's float system. Diagram references vary by family: reference 20 for the large-body PWK and PWM38 layouts, reference 30 for CR Special, reference 43 for FCR and FCR-MX, and reference 17 for the PWK39 snowmobile layout.
